What if we tell you that now you can Link your Groups to your Facebook Page. For improved networking, Facebook has finally rolled out a way to connect better one with the other. Looks like some time is going to be saved along with the desired result of increased networking.
Now that is some good news. Yay!
To link your Facebook group to your page you just need to have the following and then you are good to go:
- Admin Access of a Facebook Page
- Admin Access of a Facebook Group
So, what are you waiting for, let’s check Steps to Link Facebook Group and Facebook Page
1) Start by opening your Facebook page and go to the Settings tab on the upper right corner of your page.
2) In settings go to the Edit Page option and scroll down to find the Tab section. Click on Add a Tab at the bottom.
Select Add Tab next to the Groups option.
Drag and drop the Groups tab to place in the tabs list the order you want. Be sure to click on the icon with the 3 lines to the left of the tab names and drag accordingly.
Next, return to the main view of your Page, click on Groups in the left-hand navigation bar.
If you don’t have a group, click on Create Group
Otherwise, click on Link Your Group tab to link your existing group to your page. You will get a pop up of all the groups you are an admin. Click on the Link tab. Once done, it will appear as “Linked”.
After this process is completed, your Facebook Page will refresh and you will see a new box in the right navigation bar which will show the name of your group which was earlier linked to your page.
Once you visit your Facebook Group after linking it to your Facebook Page, you’ll see a text in the cover image that says “Linked Group” and a post made that reads, “Solomofy made Solomofy Group an admin”.
This implies that now you can Post in your Facebook Group both ways i.e. as your page or yourself. This means you will be able to toggle as you used to do while leaving a comment on your page.
You will also start getting your Group notifications on your Facebook page.
It is also important to note that once you have linked your group to your Facebook Page the process of going live from your group through mobile will need one step more and that will be from where you want to go live i.e. from your Facebook page or group or yourself.
Start for the easy navigation of users from your Group to your Facebook page and improve your brand’s visibility. For all your super fans and could be super fans this can be an astounding way to feel them involved at every step of your business.
